- Founded in 1994, Frontier Airlines (F9) is a low-cost carrier based in Denver and operating from a hub at Denver International Airport (DEN). It has designated eight other U.S. Airports as focus cities. The carrier flies to about 55 destinations in the United States, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Mexico.
- Apple leases the planes from Frontier so Apple has juristiction on the flight times, baggage fees, seat assignments, etc. According to Frontier, the only responsibility Frontier has is to lease the actual plane. I called my TA and there are no flight times posted yet for Boston to PUJ for our December or April charter flights on Frontier.
